Electrical Engineer

Currently seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer for our MEP Engineering Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • PE license is a plus
  • Minimum of two years of experience
  • Experience in Electrical Building Structures
  • Ability to coordinate planning and management of projects with other project team members
  • Competence in technical evaluation and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Currently seeking a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer for our MEP Engineering Team.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience with strong emphasis in Healthcare building-system design
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • PE registration is preferred
  • Laboratory systems design experience with Central Utility Plant design a plus
  • In-depth experience in design of HVAC, Plumbing, Medical Gas and Fire Protection systems
  • Must be able to manage several projects concurrently, provide senior-level input and evaluation on projects and serve as technical leader
  • Project and client development/relationship management experience required
  • Extensive knowledge in Revit is required
  • Key Required Skills: Effective technical skills, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, creativity, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, commercial awareness, teamwork
  • Demonstration of a 10-year background in the design of Healthcare Facilities and associated support services required

Responsibilities will include client contact, scope development, preliminary proposal assembly, labor estimates, project scope development for multiple disciplines, project management and lead design efforts in addition to making sure budget, scope and delivery goals are followed through project close-out.

Revit/BIM Manager

Currently seeking a full-time Revit/BIM Manager for our Architecture and Engineering Teams.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead the development of a multi-office BIM strategy and its performance within Revit and other BIM components
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction with Revit/BIM for Project Managers across all offices and teams.
  • Ability to assist project teams in the integration of BIM between designers and construction collaborators
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural and engineering buildings systems
  • Advanced knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents
  • Competence in technical evaluation and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
  • Healthcare industry design experience is a plus

Project Architect/Designer

Currently seeking a full-time Architect or Designer for our Architecture Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • AIA or NCARB license is a plus
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience
  • Experience with REVIT/BIM preferred
  • Healthcare industry design experience is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate planning and management of projects with other project team members
  • Competence in technical evaluation and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

Mechanical Engineer

Currently seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer for our MEP Engineering Team.
