JPT Architects is thrilled to welcome Bernie Miller to our team to help lead our New Jersey design endeavors. He brings with him 26 years of diverse healthcare experience having held positions as Project Manager, Facilities Manager and Staff Architect. Bernie is well versed in the various aspects of healthcare design, construction, and management and his combined knowledge and experience will help JPT Architects provide an enhanced level of service to our client base.
Most recently, he served as Construction Manager/Compliance Officer for the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority (N.J.H.C.F.F.A.) and Architectural Project Reviewer for the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH). Bernie will assist our clients providing them with professional representation at PADOH & NJDOH, writing project narratives, replying to comment letters, and providing code interpretations. Additionally, he will perform Life Safety Plan Reviews, and provide Healthcare Planning and Design Consulting, Owner’s Representative Services, and Facility Management Application Services.
